Planning for Small Business

The document which contains the results of planning activities is called the business plan. The firm’s management and the potential investors constitute the major users of the plan. Depending on who will use the business plan, the usual contents of the plan are the following: definition of the business, market research and analysis, development plan, manufacturing plan, distribution and service plan, organization plan, development schedule and financial plan.
