Finally we can now buy the house of our dream, me and my husband had been planning to buy for a house and lot before. But we end up buying a lot and did hire a contractor for the construction of the house. The advantage was that we were the one who decided for the design of the house and its feature.
And what I love and excited about the new house was the coffee corner. When my husband decided to add a wine bar, I also told him that he must add a place where we can have coffee and serve coffee. Since we both love coffee that is why he easily agreed with my idea. I don’t need to worry where I can be able to buy the appliances needed for the corner. There is a site on the internet where I can buy the Capresso that I needed. I also found their site to be the best place to find the coffee, that I never have seen on the supermarket. Finding the site also gives us more idea to furnish the coffee corner and made it perfect. If you will see the corner you will even thought that you are on a simple and a part of the coffee shop. Good thing that we don’t need to have a visit on a coffee shop and have a coffee right on our home.

Getting your portrait taken should be fun and express who you are. Here are some tips to get the most from your portrait session:
- Make sure to bring your makeup, hairbrush, barettes, ect. with you. That way you can touch up when you need to.
- Avoid bare arms when possible.
- Avoid bright reds and orange, they draw attention away from the face.
- Choose dark colors as light colors like white, yellow and pink tend to make a person look pale.
- When posing, keep your hands relaxed, don’t clench them together or keep them rigid in a position.
- Most importantly, relax, if you aren’t it will come across in the portrait.
If you’re getting portraits in Richmond, Virginia, I’ve found that David Proett Photography takes excellent portraits. He’s got a great gallery with a lot of portraits. He seems to have a knack for bringing a person’s personality out. There’s a few portraits taken at the University of Richmond that I think are really fun.
